If you're not satisfied with your purchase or have an issue that we can't resolve and renders the system unusable, we'll gladly refund your purchase price.

How do I request a refund? Please note your transaction order number with the subject line "Request and Refund" and describe the issues you are experiencing and the reason for your request in your email. In some cases, you may need to send us receipts, and we will also send you evidence of our work and things we have noticed that we need to show you in order to explain our position and decision in more detail and transparency.
Conditions:
Please understand and accept that we cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you give us the opportunity to resolve them appropriately and assist you. If we cannot resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will refund you. Please contact our 24/7 live support if you need assistance.
Refunds can only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. Refunds cannot be processed after 72 hours.
If you paid by credit card, refunds are typically processed and the funds are credited back to the customer's debit card within 20 to 31 business days.
However, there are cases where processing a refund may take longer, up to 90 days. We are not responsible for these delays. We are not the payment provider, only the IPTV service provider.
We only fully refund purchases made within 72 hours. All other refund requests will be partially refunded based on the subscription period used. The IPTV SMARTER PRO support team will contact users regarding all refund requests.
Note: Each refund typically takes 20 to 90 business days, and we have no way to shorten this time. Our payment processors handle refund requests. We will do our best to refund each user promptly after reviewing the request and verifying the user information.

The user cannot set up his own box or system:
We offer our best support in all cases where you need assistance setting up your boxes, devices, apps, and systems. This is because we don't know the specifics of the boxes, devices, and systems, etc. Our support is limited to predefined steps for configuring devices.
Some channels RARELY freeze, buffer, or stop working:
While almost all of our servers are stable, some channels occasionally freeze or fail for various reasons, but this isn't permanent. Our experienced technicians are constantly working to fix them.
In most cases, these problems are temporary and have the following causes:
Customer internet fluctuations.
General issue with the box/apps/customer setup.
Your ISP has a problem.
The channel failed on the server side.
The customer has changed his mind and wants to withdraw/switch between servers.
If the user/customer is unable to use their IPTV subscription for 48 hours or more due to a server issue or other problems caused by us, we will fully refund the package price or add all the lost time to your subscription for free + an additional bonus that we can negotiate together.
